Part-time / Full-time Registration
These forms are for families wishing to register for consistent attendance (2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week) for the entire school year. To hold your child's place for the 2019-2020 school year, the listed documents on the Enrollment Checklist must be filled out in their entirety and returned to My Village by mail or email to (Admin@MyVillagePSL.com).
A personal check for August's pro-rated tuition and the supply / materials fee for the year are also due at the time of registration. Please contact the office by phone (772) 905-8148 or email to confirm your tuition and pro-rated August tuition amount.
