SHARK STUDIES - Students will be amazed as they learn about sharks in a non-scary way. Topics with activities include: a shark's anatomy (teeth, skin, cartilage, organs, size, etc.), habitats, shark scientists, life cycle and experiments to test buoyancy and swimming dynamics.
LEGO MOSAICS - Students will be challenged each week to create different mosaics within various themes using Legos on a base plate. These challenges encourage problem solving skills, mathematical skills and perseverance. A base plate and regular LEGO bricks are needed for this class. LEGO bricks and base plates are available to borrow from My Village if needed.
